Since Maegan's Mazin' is made in small batches by hand it may require up to two days handling and three to five for shipping. As always, the attempt is made to get it to you sooner, but it may take up to seven days for it to arrive.

This is a frequent concern that many Mazin' people have when they use Maegan's Mazin' Lip Balm. It seems that Maegan's Mazin' is so Mazin' that people have been known to "borrow without permission" if the lip balm is left somewhere in the open. So, how do you avoid losing your lip balm?

• Always keep your lip balm on your person, you can't lose it if it's in your pocket, purse, or other lip balm transport
• If your lip balm has a home other than your person, say at your desk, in your bathroom, or at your home, it is recommended that you find a hiding place to insure that your lip balm will always be where you left it.

When you receive your lip balm, if you are not going to be using it right away, freeze it please! The Lip Balm is made with all natural preservatives, which means it does not last forever. In fact, Maegan's Mazin' shelf life is about 6 months at room temperature. Also, pro tip, by hiding the lip balm in a freezer other people can't "borrow without permission."

Not necessarily. Maegan's Mazin' is made with organic and all natural ingredients, this means that it has a lower melting temperature than commercial lip balms. If your lip balm lives, most of the time, in your pocket, you may notice that the balm becomes softer than when you first opened it, this is fine. If this bothers you, place the lip balm in the freezer for 5 minutes and avoid putting it in your pocket for long periods of time, or on hot days.

Freeze it! Your lip balm will be fine once you have left it in the freezer for 15 minutes, standing vertically on the base. This will re-solidify the lip balm and give you your Mazin' Balm back.
